The goal of the experiment was to see if AI could be used to mimic human behavior when it comes to eating food. To do this, they had Will Smith eat spaghetti while being monitored by cameras and sensors that tracked how he moved his arms and hands as he ate. They then fed this data into an algorithm which allowed them to create an AI-controlled robotic arm that could replicate Will’s movements as he ate the spaghetti.
The results were impressive; not only did the robot manage to successfully copy Will’s movements but it also managed to pick up on subtle nuances such as how much pressure was applied when cutting through noodles or scooping sauce onto a spoonful of pasta. This level of accuracy shows just how far AI technology has come in recent years and suggests that robots may soon be able to perform tasks previously thought impossible for machines – like cooking dinner!
