The Paramount Theatre in Aurora, Illinois is proud to announce the launch of its new Artificial Intelligence (AI) program. This innovative program will allow patrons to interact with the theatre’s staff and services in a more efficient and convenient way.
The AI program was developed by local tech company, A2Z Technologies, who worked closely with the Paramount team to create an interactive experience that would enhance customer service while also providing a safe environment for guests. The AI system utilizes natural language processing technology which allows it to understand spoken commands from customers and respond accordingly. It can answer questions about showtimes, ticket prices, seating availability and other information related to events at the theatre. Additionally, it can provide directions around the building as well as suggest nearby restaurants or attractions based on user preferences.
This cutting-edge technology has been designed specifically for use at the Paramount Theatre so that customers have access to all of their needs without having to wait in line or speak directly with an employee. Customers simply need to ask their question out loud and they will receive an immediate response from the AI system. The goal is for this new feature to make visiting the theatre easier than ever before while still providing excellent customer service every time someone visits us!
