To get a better understanding of how AI will shape the future of eCommerce, I recently spoke with eBay Head Of AI, Dr. David Marcus about his thoughts on this rapidly changing landscape.

Additionally, predictive analytics can help retailers anticipate demand patterns so they can adjust their stock levels accordingly while also helping them identify potential cost savings opportunities throughout their business operations as well as providing insights into customer behaviour which could lead to improved marketing campaigns or new product development initiatives etc..
